This short-term contract offers the opportunity to streamline and automate reporting processes, build reporting tools, and improve data visibility across four key teams. You will help transform time-consuming manual reporting into efficient, automated dashboards and insights that drive operational decisions.

You will help transform time-consuming manual reporting into efficient, automated dashboards and insights that drive operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine Power BI reports to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM systems, Amazon Connect QFlow, and cloud platforms
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards that are user-friendly and accessible across teams
- Collaborate with team managers and staff to improve communication and visibility
- Present findings in executive-facing reports
- Engage on-site with teams and travel to other locations as required
- Contribute to refining and standardizing reporting across the region
- Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and cloud-based platforms
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Willingness to work on site 5 days per week
