About the role:As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analysing data from system-based records (specifically Greenlight) to identify trends, support adherence to service delivery expectations and improve compliance processes.
The role involves managing compliance data, creating dashboards, developing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights for decision-making, and contributing to the implementation of compliance strategies, policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities include: - Data Collection & Analysis: Inspecting, cleansing, and transforming building-related data to extract valuable information.
- Compliance Monitoring: Tracking adherence to standards and performance requirements.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying risks related to non-compliance and contributing to risk-based compliance strategies.
- Reporting & Visualisation: Building dashboards, trackers, and reports to communicate compliance status and insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Contributing to new approaches and strategies for regulatory practices and enforcement.
About you: - Proven experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data modelling.
- Proficiency in data visualisation and BI tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Experience with Greenlight will be highly advantageous.
