Public Sector People are seeking a DA Planner to work with a local government organisation based in Sydney for a 3-6 month contract, to start immediately.
Contract: 3-6 months
Pay rate: $60 - $65 p/h + super
Responsibilities:
- Process, assess and report on a wide range of development and other associated applications including reviews and modifications
- Present and report to regional and local planning panels in relation to development applications that are delegated to these bodies for determination
- Respond to verbal and written enquiries for advice concerning development application matters and planning generally, including enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and the community
Essential:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a DA Planner or similar position.
- Tertiary qualifications in Town/Urban Planning or equivalent.
