Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Customer Support Administrator.

Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super

Responsibilities:

Support members of the public with navigating and using the new online booking platform.
Promote the use of the new system and assist customers who may be less confident with digital bookings.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
Provide on-site support at key parks and reserves during the initial launch, as well as office-based customer support.
Engage directly with the community in parks and open spaces, acting as a friendly concierge and ambassador for the new booking system.
Identify and record common customer questions, issues and feedback to help Council improve the overall customer experience.

Essential:

Current driver's licence is essential
2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
