Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Customer Service Representative.
Contract: 5 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- eliver high-quality customer and stakeholder service across multiple channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, resolving most issues without escalation.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and service providers.
- Participate in training and development to enhance skills and service delivery.
- Act ethically and contribute to a positive, effective workplace culture.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
