Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Kids’ Early Learning (KEL) customers by actively listening to enquiries, understanding individual needs and resolving issues to achieve positive outcomes for both customers and KEL.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to KEL, ensuring documentation, processes and record-keeping align with regulatory requirements and Council-approved policies and guidelines.
- Support the effective operation of the service by following established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement in customer service and administration practices.
- Comply with the NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011, Work Health Safety Regulation 2017 and Council’s Work Health and Safety (WHS) System at all times to ensure a safe workplace.
Essential:
- Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
