The Role
We are searching for an experienced and strategic Coordinator Organisational Development & Culture to join Council’s People and Culture leadership team.

This senior role will lead Council’s organisation-wide culture and organisational development agenda, with a focus on embedding organisational principles, strengthening leadership capability and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, providing trusted advice and coaching to support leaders in modelling desired behaviors and continuing to build a strong, values-led organisation.

Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, you will lead a specialist team and drive the design and delivery of enterprise-level organisational development initiatives across culture, leadership development, learning and development, talent and inclusion, and diversity programs including GEAP and workforce planning. The role will draw on engagement and pulse-survey insights to inform priorities and guide continuous improvement in capability, engagement and organisational effectiveness.

This role offers genuine influence, regular exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful culture and leadership initiatives.
  
About You
You are an experienced Organisational Development or People & Culture leader with a strong track record working at a senior level within a complex organisation.

You bring expertise across organisational development, culture and engagement, leadership development, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, organisation-wide initiatives.

You are a confident, values-driven leader who partners effectively with Executives and senior stakeholders, uses data and insights to drive decision-making, and leads teams through change with clarity and purpose. Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
