Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Contract Administration.
Contract: 3 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $38 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Carried out in‑field inspections and desktop audits to check compliance and service delivery.
- Managed complaints through Pathway, gathering information and resolving issues efficiently.
- Built strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Provided customer service and handled enquiries over phone and email.
- Met with building managers onsite when needed to address specific issues.
- Completed weekly tasks accurately and consistently in a fast‑paced workflow.
Essential:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Confident using MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience using CRM systems and open to learning new platforms such as Pathway, GeoCortex and OneCRM.
- Interest in contracts (advantageous but not essential).
- Confident phone manner with clear verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and working with others.
