For more than 30 years, the Foundation have partnered with the property and construction industry to accelerate housing solutions for young people through their projects and initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented content professional to bring that impact to life through powerful storytelling, engaging digital content and purpose-led communications.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, the Content Manager is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand content across all channels.
This role is all about purposeful storytelling, showcasing a diverse range of content from the homes we build alongside youth charity partners to collaborations with property and construction companies. You’ll bring our mission, impact, and campaigns to life through compelling written, visual, and video content across digital channels. Working closely with our digital and campaign leads, you’ll help inspire action, build awareness, and support fundraising efforts that create lasting change.

You will be a key member of the very small, but very dedicated team at the Property Industry Foundation responsible for:
- Create compelling content for social media, website, EDMs, fundraising campaigns, and events
- Tell authentic, respectful stories that showcase our impact and community
- Produce and edit visual and video content (graphics, reels, short-form video, photography)
- Support digital fundraising campaigns and events with timely, on-brand content
- Apply brand voice and visual identity consistently across all channels
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team, event managers, and stakeholders
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Requirements & Experience - 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, content marketing, or communications
- Fundraising copy writing experience
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital platforms
- Experience creating social-first content, including short-form video
- Confidence using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practice
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- A genuine interest in purpose-led work and social impact
Nice to have: - Photography or videography experience
- Experience in not-for-profit, fundraising, or purpose-driven organisations
- Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or email marketing
