This position plays a critical role in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction works to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
The Construction Engineer will lead projects from concept to completion and apply their expertise in civil engineering, safety and project management.
Key areas of accountability include:
- Manage and oversee construction projects including roads, drainage, and public infrastructure.
- Provide technical engineering support during design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and prepare regular reports.
- Supervise contractors and internal crews, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control across all stages of construction.
