Compliance Officer
ASAP START | pay rates from $55p/h + 12 Super (PAYG)
Local council
Location - Toowoomba & surrounding areas
Initial 3-month temp contract + extension
Conversion to perm employment is very likely.
Multiple roles

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Undertake investigations and collate evidence for the purpose of identifying legislative and local law offences and progressing any associated enforcement action.
Knowledge of or the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of what constitutes professional, safe, and situation-appropriate healthcare practices to determine the appropriateness of a health service provider’s course of action or performance standards. (Accountability)
Prepare a range of documents, technical reports, and briefs of evidence to support the progression of Court and Tribunal related enforcement actions.

About you

Available to start ASAP
Vehicle and driver license
A relevant tertiary qualification or Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or background in compliance.
Ability to prepare a range of documents, technical reports, and briefs of evidence to support the progression related enforcement actions.
