Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Complaints Assessment and Administration Officer.
Contract: 6 months - Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $50 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and documentation for internal stakeholders and external bodies.
- Maintain accurate records of complaint investigations, outcomes, and follow-ups using council systems.
- Provide high-level administrative support including data entry, document management, and workflow tracking.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of complaints and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor complaint trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
