Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for a Clerical Officer.
Contract: 3 month contract with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Respond, record and process customer requests/inquiries via multiple channels including email, phone and CRM systems.
- Provide administration support to co-ordinators and supervisors as required.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, draft correspondence and letters as required.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government organisation
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
