Position Details

• Role: Civil Field Worker (Roller Operator)
• Council: Sunshine Coast Regional Council
• Location: Caloundra
• Pay Rate: $43.51 per hour + super
• Engagement Type: Casual
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
You'll be working as part of Council's civil maintenance team, with a primary focus on operating a roller across a variety of road and pavement projects. You'll also assist with general civil construction and maintenance activities, helping to deliver safe and high-quality road maintenance outcomes.

Requirements

• MR Licence (essential)
• Roller ticket and demonstrated roller operating experience
• Working in Proximity to Traffic – Part 1 & Part 2
• RIICRC319E – Saw and Cut Concrete Pavements to Initiate Planned Cracks
• Manual Handling training (highly regarded)
• White Card
