An opportunity is available for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join a large-scale enterprise transformation within the public sector.
This role focuses on organisational design, workforce capacity planning, and future-state operating models, supporting the shift away from legacy, manual processes toward modern, best-practice service delivery.
The role Working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, you will:

Design future-state operating and service delivery models
Translate process mapping into clear, data-driven organisational recommendations
Lead workforce planning, role design, and capability uplift activities
Support the transition to streamlined, tool-enabled ways of working
Influence leaders to adopt sustainable, best-practice organisational structures

About you You will bring:

Demonstrated experience in organisational design and business transformation
Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership capability
A pragmatic, evidence-based approach to decision making
Experience from consulting or large, complex enterprise environments (highly regarded)

Additional details

Brisbane-based role (on-site initially; flexibility may be considered once established)
Long-term contract within a major transformation environment
