An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Change & Communications Lead
to play a key role in a large-scale finance systems transformation, including the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
This role will suit a change professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders to drive successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for leading all change management and communication activities across a major, multi-stream program. Working closely with project managers, business leaders and delivery teams, you will ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and ready for change.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end change and communication strategies
- Assess business impacts and manage transition and readiness activities
- Develop and deliver targeted communications for diverse stakeholder groups
- Partner with project managers, change leads and business leaders
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to support adoption
- Support training and capability uplift initiatives
- Track progress, manage risks, and adjust change plans as required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in change management or a related discipline
- Proven experience working on large-scale or digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of project delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex organisation
- Confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional team
- Experience in finance or ERP-led transformations
- Work on a high-profile, enterprise-wide transformation
