Public Sector People are partnering with a large local government organisation to recruit for a Business Paper Officer / Administration Assistant.
Contract: 3 month contract | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: Up to $48 p/h + super
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production, publication and distribution of business papers and minutes plus the tracking of decisions and actions against them
- Provide administrative support for meetings of elected Council, its committees and the Leadership and Executive Team
- Support staff training and provide helpdesk support on business paper production processes and the business system applications used to access information on civic governance decision making and operations
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with InfoCouncil, RESOLVE, TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
