Business Operations Officer
for an immediate start, for a 1-month temporary contract.

$46.25 per hour plus super
Hours:
38 hours per week
This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for someone with strong local government experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day business operations, with a strong focus on customer service and administrative processing.
Key responsibilities include: - Processing Notice of Acquisition (NOA) and updating customer records
- Managing customer enquiries, including handling sensitive with empathy and professionalism
- Clearly communicating processes, expectations, and follow-up actions to customers
- Assisting with the collation and distribution of customer survey data and feedback
- Maintaining accurate data entry and system updates
Key Criteria: - Previous experience working within a local council (essential)
- Proven experience processing Notices of Acquisition (NOAs) and managing customer data (desirable)
- Hands-on experience using TechOne / Ci Anywhere (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
