Buildings Maintenance Officer

Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for highly skilled Buildings Maintenance Officer.  
  
Contract: 6 months
Hourly rate: $43.41 p/h + Super
  
Responsibilities: 

• Undertake defect identification inspections of Buildings and other Built Structures
• Undertake inspections of buildings to verify successful delivery of Buildings Essential Services
• Assist site access to contractors, consultants and or utility authorities as required basis

  
Essential:

• Technical qualification in building trades such as electrical, plumbing or carpentry at TAFE
