Public Sector People are partnering with a Sydney based local council to recruit for a Building Surveyor on a 3-6 month contract.


Key Responsibilities

• Assess and determine complex building applications, construction certificates, and compliance matters
• Undertake inspections of building works to ensure compliance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, NCC, relevant Australian Standards, and Council policies

Essential Requirements:

• Degree qualification in Building Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related discipline
• Preferable Registration or accreditation as a Building Surveyor / Certifier (NSW compliant)
