We are seeking experienced Asset and Facilities professionals to support a variety of Community Services organisation here in Victoria who are committed to delivering essential programs and services across Victoria.

About the Opportunity You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation’s property portfolio is safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Your work will directly support frontline service teams by ensuring facilities are well maintained, risks are minimised, and assets are managed proactively.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct asset audits and condition assessments across multiple sites
- Prepare detailed condition reports and maintenance recommendations
- Support planned and reactive maintenance programs
- Ensure properties meet compliance, safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate asset data and contribute to asset lifecycle planning
- Liaise with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Support broader facilities and asset management functions as required
About You
You will thrive in a purpose driven environment and enjoy a mix of site based and office based work. You’re detail oriented, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities with a community focused lens.

- Condition reporting / audits
- Building services, property, maintenance or compliance
- Working across multi site environments
- Community services, NFP or public-sector settings (highly regarded, not essential)
