Are you an Asset Management, Asset Data or GIS professional looking for your next Local Government contract?

Public Sector People are currently partnering with several Victorian councils to recruit for multiple upcoming Asset Management and Asset Data opportunities, ranging from short-term project support through to 12-month contracts.

With roles across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria, we're keen to speak with professionals who can hit the ground running across asset data, systems, valuations and asset management planning.

Asset Management Officers
Asset Data Officers
Asset Systems/Data Officers
Asset Management Planners

Typical Responsibilities Depending on the role, you may be involved in:

Asset data cleansing, validation and QA
Maintaining and updating asset registers
GIS data analysis and spatial information
Asset valuations and revaluations
Asset lifecycle and renewal planning
Data reconciliation and reporting
Improving asset management processes and systems
Supporting Asset Management Plans and frameworks

Ideal Candidates Will Have

Previous Asset Management, Asset Data or GIS experience
Local Government experience highly regarded
Strong data analysis, validation and reporting skills
Experience with Confirm, Conquest, ArchGIS or similar asset management systems
GIS or analytical capability highly regarded
Understanding of infrastructure asset valuations desirable
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills

These roles offer a mix of metro and regional opportunities, including flexible/hybrid arrangements and a part-time regional contract.
