About the organisation:

Located in the inner north east suburbs of Melbourne, this organisation provides a wide range of services and plays a vital role in the community. They are now seeking an Application Support Analyst for a contract role until December 2025.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing technical, operational, and business support for business systems, applications, and databases.
Managing the application & operational queue in ITSM, troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Maintaining all aspects of application & systems performance, optimisation, and maintenance.
Ensuring adherence to ITIL process such as Incident, Problem and Change management.
Maintaining documentation re: applications and core systems for end-users

About you:

Demonstrated skills and experience in supporting enterprise applications in a complex service delivery environment.
Experience to undertake level 2 and 3 support of business-critical applications.
Working knowledge of SQL Databases, Querying, Stored, Backup and Restore procedures.
Experience with configuration of business applications and systems integration software.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to influence key stakeholder decision making.
A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
