About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our clients Splunk Enterprise platformr. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, delivering insights through analytics, and supporting teams across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where technical expertise meets problem-solving and collaboration.
What you’ll do

Maintain, configure, and monitor a Splunk Enterprise environment
Implement upgrades, backups, and changes while ensuring platform reliability
Build dashboards and reports that support business and security decision-making
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for systems and services
Mentor team members and share knowledge to build capability

What we’re looking for

Must have experience managing a Splunk Enterprise platform
Strong SPL, dashboard development, and search optimisation skills
Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Office 365, Azure, AWS, SCOM)
Basic web skills (HTML5, CSS)
PowerShell, VPN (Desired)
