About the role
We’re looking for a skilled
Systems Administrator
to manage and optimise our clients Splunk Enterprise platformr. You’ll play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, delivering insights through analytics, and supporting teams across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where technical expertise meets problem-solving and collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Maintain, configure, and monitor a Splunk Enterprise environment
- Implement upgrades, backups, and changes while ensuring platform reliability
- Build dashboards and reports that support business and security decision-making
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide guidance to team members
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Maintain documentation, processes, and procedures for systems and services
- Mentor team members and share knowledge to build capability
What we’re looking for
- Must have experience managing a Splunk Enterprise platform
- Strong SPL, dashboard development, and search optimisation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Office 365, Azure, AWS, SCOM)
- Basic web skills (HTML5, CSS)
- PowerShell, VPN (Desired)
