About the Role

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial insights and support to divisional leaders, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Your role will help ensure sustainable healthcare delivery and improved operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality business partnering to divisional and cost centre managers on financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Participate in monthly performance review meetings, providing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate divisional budget cycle tasks and maintain budget working papers and reports.
  • Prepare full-year forecasts and develop recommendations to enhance financial performance.
  • Analyse financial and FTE trends and provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach Finance Business Partners and Officers within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary teams to support resource allocation and financial decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or Business (highly desirable).
  • Professional registration (CPA, CA, CIMA, ICA) highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting within a large healthcare or complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High-level proficiency in financial systems (e.g., DSS Necto, BPT, S/4HANA) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within tight timeframes.
