  • Developing user-focused digital content and online resources using human-centred design principles
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement, including coordination of workshops and collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Contributing to the delivery of a targeted grassroots campaign
  • Preparing project documentation including plans, reports, briefs, risk logs and updates
  • Supporting governance, reporting and budget tracking activities
  • Using insights and data to inform content development and improve user experience
  • Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and integrated project delivery
About you:
  • Experience in a project, digital content or communications role (AO6 level or similar)
  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience developing digital or web content with a user-first mindset
  • Exposure to research, stakeholder engagement or co-design activities is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, accessible content
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment with competing deadlines
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving project environment
  • Government experience or exposure to working with policy-driven projects is advantageous
  • Interest in social impact, community outcomes or supporting vulnerable cohorts will be highly regarded
Benefits:
  • Competitive AO6 hourly rate + Super
  • Full time temporary contract through to May 2027
  • Opportunity to work on a meaningful, high-profile government initiative
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility
  • Exposure to research, digital delivery and cross-government project work
If you’re looking for a role where you can combine project delivery, research and content in a purpose-driven space, we’d love to hear from you.
