AO4 Facilities Services Officer on behalf of a State Government Department. This role is a
temporary position
with potential for extension.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administration, property, or facilities professional to support the leasing and management of departmental accommodation across Queensland.

This position will focus on supporting the department’s property and leasing portfolio, ensuring accommodation is effectively managed to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support
residential lease negotiations, renewals, and leasing administration
- Maintain
accurate property and leasing records and databases
- Prepare
reports, correspondence, and support documentation
- Provide
advice and administrative support to stakeholders on property and leasing matters
- Assist
with infrastructure and property related projects and operational activities
- Build
and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You: - Previous Government experience in Local, State or Federal Government desirable
- Experience as a Residential Property Manager highly advantageous
- Experience with SAP, Sharepoint, Pathway, Microsoft Suite, Work Order Systems, GIS and DMS desirable
- Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
