About the Role:
Public Sector People are currently recruiting for multiple AO3 Service Officer positions to work in the call centre of a state government department. This is a full time temporary role with the view to go permanent.
The office is located in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast and you are expected to be in the office full time.
Key Responsibilities: - General Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, develop and maintain administrative procedures and systems to ensure the effective functioning of the Housing Service Centre.
- Customer Service - provide customer service over the phone
- Stakeholder Liaison:
Maintain effective relationships with team members, internal and external customers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Continuous Improvement:
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative support services, delivering timely and quality service.
- Workplace Safety:
Support and maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety policies and practices in day-to-day operations.
