AO3 Administration Officer on behalf of a State Government Department. This role is a temporary position with potential for extension. The Business Services Team provides high quality administrative and program operations support.
About the role: As an
AO3 Administration Officer,
you will be providing receptionist and administration support to a well respected Government Department. You will assist with onboarding of contractors, provide quality customer service and stakeholder engagement and ensure the Department remains complaint with all regulations and requirements.

- $49.40 per hour + Super
- Full Time Position - 38 Hours per week
- No Weekend Work - Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Government IDs, coordinate inductions, and manage appointments under the Biosecurity Act.
- Perform accurate data entry and processing with strong attention to detail.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support key processes.
- Provide autonomous administrative support, using initiative to resolve issues and manage office tasks.
- Oversee reception duties and maintain administrative procedures, systems, and staff training to ensure compliance.
About You: - Previous Government experience in Local, State or Federal Government desirable
- Ability to quickly and accurately navigate multiple systems
- Well-developed interpersonal and written communication skills
