• High-volume invoice data entry utilising SAP, maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and departmental standards.
• Reviewing and verifying invoices against departmental procurement and payment policies.
• Processing accounts payable transactions in a timely, efficient manner within SAP.
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies to minimize processing errors.
• Managing a diverse range of document types within a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
• Supporting broader accounts payable team activities and deliverables as required.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience using SAP within an accounts payable or finance environment.
• Proven experience in high-speed, high-accuracy data entry.
• Previous Government Experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• The ability to work autonomously and take initiative while contributing positively to team goals.
• A proactive, self-directed work style underpinned by a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• The ability to understand and interpret the content of documents being processed - actively catching errors before they occur rather than just entering data.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the adaptability to pivot across varying document and transaction types.
• Comfort with repetitive, structured work while remaining flexible to assist the wider team.
