Public Sector People are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for an Administrator.
Contract: 2 months | Immediate Start
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Provided administrative support including handling calls, correspondence, minute-taking, and payment processing.
- Delivered high-quality customer service and built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintained accurate data entry
- Supported procurement processes and month-end reporting.
- Coordinated logistics for meetings and events, including venue setup, catering, and AV requirements.
- Demonstrated initiative in updating technical and training documentation.
- Effectively managed multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an administration support role within local government or working in a politically sensitive environment
- Previous experience with TechOne, Content Manager/TRIM, Authority or Pathway highly regarded
