Public Sector People are partnering with local government organisation to recruit for an Administration Assistant.
Contract: 6 months contract w/ potential to extend
Start date: Immediate
Hourly Pay Rate: $40 - $45 p/h + Super
Responsibilities:
- Managing councillor correspondence, triaging requests and following up with relevant team members.
- Assistance with processing/allocating customer requests and inspections, Application Notification processing, Certificate Registration Processing
- Assistance with managing and updating Complaints Register, Meeting organising (Calendar invites not minutes), TRIM inbox Management
Essential:
- 2+ years experience in an Administrative Support position or similar
- Australian local government experience will be highly regarded
