A well-established, purpose-driven organisation based in Perth is seeking an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a small, professional office.
  
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised and is happy to assist wherever needed.

You will provide general administrative and office support, helping ensure the smooth running of the workplace and supporting the wider team with day-to-day coordination.
  
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a small team, is comfortable managing multiple tasks, and can remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • General administration and office support
  • Data entry, document preparation and record keeping
  • Answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Booking meetings, travel and catering
  • Preparing meeting materials and assisting with minutes
  • Maintaining filing systems and archives
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting with office setup, maintenance and contractors
  • Supporting meetings, events and mail-outs
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the team as required
About You
  
You will be someone who:
  • Has previous experience in an administration or office support role
  • Is highly organised and detail-focused
  • Enjoys helping others and working in a small team
  • Can manage competing priorities
  • Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully
  • Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience working in a community, not-for-profit or culturally diverse environment will be highly regarded.
  
Requirements
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work full-time in the Perth office
  • Willingness to assist with occasional events or meetings if required
