1. Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the orginsations strategic planning, performance, risk management, and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements, ISO standards, and government expectations.
2. Provide high-quality advice and guidance to executives and staff on contemporary best practices in planning, risk management, audit, and governance practices.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to foster a contemporary operating environment that applies best practice approaches to strategic and operational planning, performance management, risk management, and governance, seeking integrated solutions.
4. Embed a positive, risk-aware culture and strong accountability principles by facilitating discussions, workshops, and fostering a risk community of practice to build competency and awareness.
