Public Sector People are working with a government organisation within Brisbane who are seeking an Employee relations Specialist on 3 month contract + extension assignment.

Benefits:

Pay: $ 85 per hour + 11.5% super
Location: Brisbane CBD
Flexible WFH options
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: Initial 3 months + extension
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

The role will be focusing on these areas:

Provide timely, well-developed human resources advice and case management on a range of workplace matters including conduct and performance, employee grievances, appeals and organisational change.
Be the subject matter expert in the stream of employment relations.
Research, prepare and present authoritative written documentation and briefings on complex human resources, performance, conduct and employment-related matters.
Influencing and gaining agreement from multiple stakeholders
