Human Resource Advisor
on a
12 month contract
with opportunity to extend.

About the Role
As the
Human Resources Advisor, you’ll be a key advisor and partner to leaders across the business, applying your HR expertise to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.
You’ll lead the development of people policies, deliver tailored HR advice, and oversee employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workforce planning and capability development.
Key Responsibilities - Lead
the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide
timely, well-developed human resources advice and case management on a range of workplace matters including conduct and performance, employee grievances, appeals and organisational change.
- Research,
prepare and present authoritative written documentation and briefings on complex human resources, performance, conduct and employment-related matters.
- Prepare
workforce management related documents, such as letters, reports, submissions, guidelines, procedures, and presentations.
- Foster
and role-model a work environment that values performance, improvement, innovation and outcomes and knowledge sharing within the business unit
About you: - Available 1st of July 2026 to start
- Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end HR services in a dynamic environment
- High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult and influence stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice
- A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing
- Familiarity with HR legislation, public sector frameworks and modern workplace practices
- Qualifications or 4+ years’ experience in HR, employee relations, or a related discipline
