Public Sector People are working with a State Government organisation who are seeking an experience Human Resources Officer (with ER case management experience) on an initial short term contract + extension.

The Job

ASAP START | WFH Available
Attractive pay rates $68 + 12 Super (PAYG)
State Government Department | Brisbane CBD
Initial contract + extension

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
Case manage, investigate, and advise on employee issues and industrial relations matters in accordance with the industrial instruments, as applicable.
Assist workplace investigations into misconduct, bullying, harassment, and policy breaches.
Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives

About you:

Government experience is essential, (Applications will not be considered)
Builds and sustains relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of customer focused outcomes.
