Workplace Relations Project Officer

Provide strategic and operational support to  the Workplace Relations Lead/portfolio, including but not limited to:

• Change management and research specific to EBA consolidation and negotiation
• Project and Employee Relations case management support (end-to-end)
• Manage correspondence with unions (ASU, ANMF, Professionals Australia & MUWU)
• Manage the Council's log of claims and the intricacies of drafting and managing the EBA consolidation draft
• Provide implementation and negotiation preparations (governance, research, reporting, analysis, benchmarking)
• Undertake real time assessments of current IR landscape and ensure compliance with future state
• Prepare draft communications for Workplace Relations Lead sign off
• Support (post EBA negotiations) relevant FW submissions, implementation requirements and ongoing IR education within P&C and broader organisation
• General EBA support duties (strategic and operational)

Requirements include:

• Working with Children Check (carried out by you if successful)
• Police Check valid in the last 6 months (carried out by you if successful)
