Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to an Workforce Analytics and Reporting Officer to join a Local Government on permanent full time basis. 
  • Band 6 - starting at $87,879 plus super
  • 38 hours week
  • South Eastern Council 
  • Flexible working arrangements 
Workforce Analytics and Reporting Officer will be “hands on” and provide the organisation with access to critical workforce data and insights.

This will support informed decision making organisationally and help meet regular reporting obligations internally and externally.

Workforce Analytics and Reporting Advisor
  • Subject matter expert in HR analytics and reporting
  • Highly developed analytical and report writing skills
  • Hands on experience utilising and managing a diverse range of human management information and payroll systems
  • Ability to translate comprehensive data into meaningful and engaging reports and dashboards
  • Compile, structure and analyse workforce related data
  • Scrutinise data integrity and address anomalies
  • Using data analysis techniques, draw on conclusions to develop key recommendations
  • Perform workforce gender audits in alignment with key legislative requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and key projects
  • From time to time, support the delivery of people advisory core functions
  • Provide back up support for key people advisory team roles
  • Support the development of applicable policies and procedures
Requirements include:
  • Working with Children Check (carried out by you if successful)
  • Police Check valid in the last 6 months (carried out by you if successful)
