Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a Local Government on a contract.  
  • Start immediately.
  • 6-month contract
  • Full time
  • Inner Melbourne Suburb location – WFH Arrangement
  • $800 per day + super
Key Criteria: 
  • Manage the design, build and test of integrated software systems including Azure SSO, TRIM, DocuSign and email.
  • Experience working on remote working virtual desktop, VPN technology, IT infrastructure, IT asset management software and networking transformation projects/programs.
  • Experience delivering change in both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Able to work with developers to design, build, test and deploy software.
  • Write specifications to enable integrations between new software’s and to leverage future initiatives (continuous improvement).
Requirements Include:

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Understanding of APIs and experience with integrations of Azure SSO, TRIM, Docusign and email.
  • Able to undertake analysis, generate reports and provide recommendation to the wider IT team/ stakeholders.
  • Advanced user of MS Office.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and teams and take the time to understand the requirements to meet objectives.
