The Position:

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Band 6 planner to join a supportive and team focused environment. As part of a large team of planners, you will play a vital role in supporting your leaders in the business.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of applications including residential, subdivision, commercial and industrial developments.
As an experienced senior planner, a good technical and legislative knowledge is required as well as an enthusiasm to share your knowledge and skill across the team. 

Your Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Assessment of town planning applications
  • Providing quality advice and guidance to applicants and the community
  • Mentoring and collaboration across the team
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders with an interest in the planning process
  • Preparing and presenting submissions to VCAT
