Public Sector People are proud to be partnering with City West Water to assist with multiple roles within the Project Delivery and Partnerships section of the Infrastructure and Delivery Business Group.
  
The Project Delivery and Partnerships section delivers a significant portion of CWW’s infrastructure capital works, including all major and complex projects, and its performance has a significant impact on service delivery standards and the community as well as financial performance and reputation. The operating model seeks to support a human-centred approach to delivery partnerships, multi-disciplinary capability and a culture that enables new ways of working and innovation whilst maintaining appropriate technical oversight to capital works processes and the creation of water, sewerage and alternative water infrastructure.

The position exists to enable exceptional service delivery at City West Water
  • by providing leadership in the delivery and completion of designated infrastructure works projects to time, cost and quality requirements.  
The role delivers on our non-negotiables of project delivery (safety, reliability, compliance with regulated standards for infrastructure quality, water quality and environmental protection), while also playing a leadership role in stakeholder relationships and partnerships in the delivery of customer-centric services.
  
The position supports the Project Delivery & Partnerships Leadership Team in driving a culture that places customers first, focuses on high performance and developing our people.
  
The position is important to achieving CWW’s vision of being an exceptional service provider that puts customers first and benefits the community. This position will support aligning our project management, procurement and delivery approach with our service delivery strategy.
