Job Description

Public Sector People are currently working with a busy Utilities team based in Fortitude Valley, who require a Recruitment Coordinator, on a short term contract. 

Responsibilities include;
- Provide generalist administrative support for the Talent team
- Coordinating candidate pre-employment medicals, national police checks and reference checks;
- Pre-screening job applicants;
- Assisting Hiring Managers with use of the recruitment system (Comensura and Workday);
- Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers;
- Co-ordination of the on-boarding of successful candidates;
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders;
- Maintaining effective communication and correspondence with internal and external key stakeholders;
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects, initiatives, tasks

Your experience:
Along with an energetic, ‘can do’ and pro-active attitude, you will also have the following:
- Previous experience working in a recruitment or on-boarding role;
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team;
- Excellent organisation and time management skills;
- A strong working knowledge of recruitment end to end process; and
- Experience using Workday recruitment system, desirable
