Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to an Recruitment & HR Partner to join a Local Government on temporary basis. 
  • 12th April - 9th July 
  • $45 - $47 per hour plus super
  • 38 hours week
  • Eastern Council

Recruitment & HR Partner - Heavy recruitment focus 
  • Manage end to end recruitment activities across council. Ensuring each recruitment activity is effectively case managed. Including writing ads, reference checks, participating in interview panels, reviewing position descriptions in line with EA requirements
  • Administer and transact a range of HR documentation and Council's  systems to recruit, on board and vary employee terms and conditions.
  • Provide thoughtful and accurate first line HR advice to all our stakeholders in relation to HR policy and procedure.
  • Collaborate and integrate with other key stakeholders
  • Experience with chris21, scout ecruitment software and trim would be beneficial, but is not required
 Further requirements include:   
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, or demonstrated experience managing end to end recruitment in both blue and white collar roles
  • A strong customer focused collaborator, able to build strong relationships and support others.
  • Flexible to respond to changing priorities and able to complete tasks within tight timeframes.
