Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Reception / Concierge to join a Council in Melbourne's North - East on a 3 month contract through until September 2020. 

As the successful candidate you will act as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors to Council's Civic Centre, assisting them in the right course of action to manage their needs & requests. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Proven experience of providing high level customer service 
  • Well developed interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Previous Local Government experience desirable
  • Valid National Police Check or ability to obtain if successful 
  • Valid Working with Childrens check or willingness to obtain
