An exciting Local Government opportunity to join the People and Culture Department as a Project Officer. As part of this role, you will support the Manager of People and Performance with designing and delivering P&P based projects. This is a 3-month temporary contract with possibility of extension.

General Duties for this role:

•  Driving the implementation of people and performance related projects
•  Putting together well articulated PowerPoint presentations
•  Writing briefing papers
•  Action what has been discussed in meetings
•  Research and become a subject expert

The Ideal Candidate will have:

•  High level written communication skills
•  Federal, State or Local Government experience essential
•  Project officer experience desirable
