An exciting Local Government opportunity to join the People, Culture and Safety Department as an Organisational Capability Advisor. As part of this role, you will be supporting the team to lead the development of OD initiatives across the organisation. This is a 3-month temporary contract.

General Duties for this role:

•  Play a vital role in the delivery of Diversity and Inclusion strategy and Gender Action Plan
•  Develop and Implement solutions within employee engagement, strategic workforce planning
•  Provide comprehensive OD advice to stakeholders and leaders

  
The Ideal Candidate will have:

• High level written communication skills
•  Min 5 years’ experience in organizational capability
•  Autonomy
•  Can hit the ground running
