Job Description

Public Sector People (PSP) are currently looking to speak to an experienced OHS & Risk Administration Officer to join a Local Government on a temporary basis.
  • ASAP - 2nd July 
  • 38 hours a week
  • Northern Suburbs
  • $41 per hour plus super
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Data entry into WorkCover database, QuickSafe
  • Complete scanning and electronic WorkCover filing tasks as required using TRIM
  • Filing of all correspondence and relevant information for the OHS & Risk team including WorkCover Files and associated documents
  • Assisting in the management of the Health & Wellbeing program
  • End to End processing and management of the under Excess Public Liability Claims.
  • Notification and management of claims made against Council’s policies.
  • Assist Unit Manager Integrity Risk and Resilience to administer the Business Continuity Planning.
Requirements Include:

The following qualifications and/or experience are required for the position:
  • Relevant OHS qualifications
  • Previous experience in an OHS role
  • Experience in local government would be an advantage
  • National Criminal History check
