Job Description

Public Sector People are currently inviting applications for the role of Office Administrator to join the Building Maintenance team of Council in Melbourne's east, contrasting urban & rural areas. 

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for processing building maintenance requests along with accurate preparation of reports & documentation whilst providing professional support to wider unit. 

Key requirements:  
  • Proven experience providing high level administration support to a small team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in MS Applications 
    Previous experience with systems; TRIM, CRM, Finance 1, Promaster or similar
  • Proven experience preparing routine correspondence, agenda & minutes
  • Experience building successful relationships with large number to stakeholders internal & external
