The successful candidate will be offered a role until August 2020 and will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support, basic finance and customer service activities specific to Corporate Services
- Experience providing high level administrative support
- Proven experience arranging meetings & agenda, taking minutes
- Ability to perform a range of basic finance tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and effectively prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to deal discreetly and tactfully with confidential and sensitive matters
- Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from other employees and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a variety of computer systems
- Experience in an office administration/customer relations work
- Qualifications in administrative/secretarial studies or relevant experience
